Mohamed Salah has been called up by Egypt for their upcoming fixtures, despite concerns raised by Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp regarding his players travelling amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Klopp said last week that he will block players from joining up with their countries this month due to a 10-day quarantine period being put in place upon their return to Britain.
CONMEBOL announced at the weekend that all South American qualifiers in March will no longer go ahead, but international matches are still scheduled to take place elsewhere over the next few weeks.
Egypt face Kenya and Comoros in Africa Cup of Nations qualifying on March 25 and March 29 respectively, and Liverpool forward Salah has been included in the Pharaohs' squad for both games.
Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny and Aston Villa's Trezeguet have also been called up by Hossam El Badry for the double-header.
