Martin Skrtel has admitted that Liverpool have come away from their 2-2 draw against Arsenal this evening feeling 'disappointed' not to have taken all three points.
The sides went into half time all square following a dramatic conclusion to the opening period, which saw Philippe Coutinho give the hosts the lead before Mathieu Debuchy levelled things up less than two minutes later.
Arsenal looked to have won the contest courtesy of Olivier Giroud's strike midway through the second half, although Skrtel's header in the seventh minute of added-on time rescued a share of the points for the Reds.
Despite the late comeback, the Slovakian international could not hide his frustration following a game which saw Liverpool dominate much of the possession, telling Sky Sports News: "I thought we did well and moved the ball well and were unlucky not to get three points.
"It was disappointing because after a great performance against Bournemouth, we came into this game with lots of confidence."
This evening's draw was enough for Liverpool to climb back into the top half of the Premier League table.
