Reported Arsenal and Liverpool transfer target Cristian Tello is discussing a new contract with Barcelona.
The 20-year-old striker is out of contract at the Nou Camp, with a number of European clubs believed to be keen on securing his services on a free transfer.
However, Tello's agent has revealed that talks have now begun regarding fresh terms with the Spanish champions.
"Many European clubs are interested in the boy, but we are now in negotiations with Barcelona," Jose Maria Orobitg told O Jogo.
"There have been calls from England, Portugal, from everywhere, but still nothing is clear."
Tello has made five La Liga appearances this season.
