Danny Welbeck has said that playing regularly for Arsenal has allowed him to produce on a consistent basis for England.
The striker is the top scorer in Euro 2016 qualifying, after netting his sixth goal in five games in the 4-0 victory over Lithuania at Wembley on Friday evening.
Welbeck believes that his move to the Emirates Stadium from Manchester United in September has made him a better player.
"When you're playing regularly, you feel a lot sharper on the pitch," he told ESPN.
"Once you play regularly, it just becomes second nature to do things on the pitch. I feel match-sharp and that's important."
Welbeck has now scored 14 goals in 33 games for England.
