Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has claimed that his side's away form has given them an advantage at the start of the season.
The Gunners remained at the top of the Premier League table over the weekend as they picked up their fourth win on the road with a 2-0 victory at Crystal Palace.
The league leaders have now taken 13 points from a possible 15 on their travels during the current campaign.
"As it stands at the moment, we have a very good away record," Wenger told the club's official website. "We have drawn only once and won all our other away games and we have more points ahead of everyone else so that's not bad.
"That's the advantage. The disadvantage is that some teams have had heavier fixtures than we have had until now. That's what is facing us now."
Arsenal are back in action on Tuesday night when they entertain Chelsea in round four of the League Cup.
