Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has praised Crystal Palace manager Tony Pulis for how he has adapted to the "impossible job" at Selhurst Park.
Pulis's men travel north of the capital on Sunday afternoon for a clash with the Gunners knowing that victory could potentially propel the Eagles up to 11th in the Premier League table.
Palace sat 19th in the standings when the former Stoke City coach was appointed in South London in November, and Wenger is surprised by the improvement that the team has undergone under the 56-year-old's tutelage.
He told reporters: "He has done a marvellous job.
"I must honestly say when he took that job, I thought 'my friend, you take an impossible job there', but he has turned it around and deserves a lot of credit for that."
Tomorrow's clash at the Emirates Stadium is scheduled to kick off at 4pm.
