The Football Association has opted not to take action against Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger and Southampton boss Ronald Koeman following their post-match bust-up at the Emirates on Tuesday night.
The two managers are believed to have engaged in an angry confrontation shortly after Wenger approached referee Lee Mason and fourth official Craig Pawson.
Wenger is believed to have told the referee, "it's always the same with you," and Koeman stepped in and told the Frenchman: "It's always the same with you."
Despite the bust-up, the FA has confirmed that neither manager will be punished by the governing body, according to Sky Sports News.
The match between Arsenal and Southampton ended in a goalless draw, which pushed the Gunners down to fourth in the Premier League table.
