Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that there is still no concrete date for Jack Wilshere's return to action, a year after the player was initially ruled out with injury.
Wilshere suffered a setback in late January, ruling him out of the remainder of last season, and now Wenger has announced that he has still not set a target for the 20-year-old's comeback.
"It is impossible to set a concrete deadline at the moment, but it is all okay," Arsenal Player quotes Wenger as saying.
"He is as quick as we expected him to be. His ankle is good and his knee is good. There is no setback. It is difficult to say 'it will be this week in September or October' when he is back in training.
"He has been out for a year and I don't want to put any pressure on him."
Wilshere has five England first-team caps.
