Arsene Wenger has admitted that he is partly at fault for his fiery relationship with Queens Park Rangers boss Mark Hughes.
The pair have crossed words over the years and will renew their rivalry at Loftus Road this afternoon.
The last time they clashed was in 2009, when the Arsenal manager refused to shake Hughes's hand after a game when he was manager of Manchester City.
The Frenchman also criticised the playing style adopted by the Welshman during his time at Blackburn Rovers.
"We have a rivalry, but in fact I discover I have this kind of rivalry with many managers," The Mirror quotes Wenger. "Maybe it's me, that's exactly the conclusion I have come to!
"I respect every manager because I know they all suffer. That's part of the job. He was a passionate player, he didn't give anything away and that comes across in his management."
Arsenal are currently eight matches unbeaten in the Premier League.
