Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has called on his team to handle the pressure during tough fixtures in their campaign.
The Gunners, who have not won a trophy for eight years, stumbled to a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Manchester City on Sunday and the loss placed them six points adrift of fourth place in the table.
"I have said so many times that I want [the team] to be rewarded," The Express quotes Wenger as saying.
"But we have to deal with the pressure a little better and not transform that desire into tension. The tension can transform you a little bit. I felt that's what happened against City."
Arsenal switch their focus to the FA Cup this evening when they take on Swansea City in a third-round replay.
