To celebrate Cesc Fabregas's 33rd birthday, Sports Mole challenges you to name the Premier League's top assisters of all time.

Cesc Fabregas celebrates his 33rd birthday today, giving us the perfect chance to look back at the Spaniard's Premier League career.

The former Arsenal man became a fan favourite at the Emirates before departing for his boyhood club Barcelona in 2011, although Fabregas only spent three years in Catalonia before returning to England to play for Chelsea.

Fabregas certainly caused a stir amongst Gooners when he arrived at Stamford Bridge to sign for a London rival, but it proved to be a beneficial move for the midfielder as he won two Premier League titles with the Blues.

With 111 top-flight assists to his name, the Monaco midfielder is only surpassed by Ryan Giggs in the list of the Premier League's record assisters.

Here, Sports Mole challenges you to name the top assisters in the history of England's top flight.
