Arsenal are reportedly considering a summer swoop for Borussia Dortmund centre-back Dan-Axel Zagadou.
The 20-year-old left Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer in 2017 before linking up with Dortmund, where he has made 38 appearances over the last two seasons.
According to France Football, Zagadou's performances at the recent Under-20 World Cup caught the attention of Arsenal, who are interested in a move for the towering central defender.
Zagadou, who is the captain of France's Under-20 side, has a contract with Dortmund until June 2022.
The centre-back's spot at BVB could be under threat next season, however, following the return of Mats Hummels to Signal Iduna Park.
The Gunners only had the ninth-best defensive record in the Premier League last season and conceded more than double the amount of goals of Liverpool and Manchester City.
