Arsenal are reportedly ahead of Tottenham Hotspur in the race to sign Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik.
The 26-year-old has been in strong form for his Italian club during the current season, scoring 12 times in 22 appearances in all competitions.
Milik's current deal in Naples is due to expire next summer, though, and it has been suggested that the Serie A giants would consider offers in the region of €50m (£45m) in the upcoming market.
Tottenham have recently been credited with an interest in the Poland international, who has struck 46 times in 109 appearances for Napoli since arriving from Ajax in 2016.
However, according to La Repubblica, Arsenal are at the head of the queue for the striker, with the Gunners facing the prospect of having to replace Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang this summer.
Juventus are also believed to be admirers of his talents, but Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis would allegedly rather sell to a Premier League club than strengthen a domestic rival.
