Arsenal have reportedly upped their efforts to sign Real Madrid winger Lucas Vazquez this summer.
Despite making 31 appearances in La Liga during the most recent campaign, Vazquez will allegedly be allowed to leave the Bernabeu this summer.
Arsenal must look for value for money as a result of having a limited transfer budget, although AS claims that the Gunners are willing to spend a substantial fee on Vazquez.
The report claims that the two clubs are currently negotiating a deal for the Spaniard, with Real said to be ready to accept a fee of just over £30m, which includes add-ons.
Real are keen to make a number of sales before the start of the new campaign having already brought in the likes of Ferland Mendy, Eden Hazard and Luka Jovic.
Vazquez also has just two years left on his contract, leaving Los Blancos in a position where they may want to cash in on the versatile attacker.
