Arsenal have reportedly signalled their intent to make an offer for Udinese midfielder Jakub Jankto.
The Gunners have allegedly been tracking Jankto over the past 12 months, but are yet to follow up their initial interest in the Czech Republic international.
However, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, manager Arsene Wenger is ready to make a bid for the 21-year-old ahead of next season.
Jankto still has four years remaining on his contract, but it has been suggested that he has a release clause of just £6m.
During the last campaign, Jankto scored five times in 29 Serie A appearances, while he recently started all three fixtures for his nation at Under-21 Euro 2017.
Arsenal have made two signings this summer, with Sead Kolasinac and Alexandre Lacazette moving to the Emirates Stadium.
