Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool have reportedly made contact over a potential move to sign Rodrygo from Real Madrid this summer.

Rodrygo has scored 68 goals and provided 50 assists in 267 competitive appearances since he joined Real Madrid from Santos in 2019.

The Brazilian has helped the club win multiple honours during his time at the Santiago Bernabeu, including three La Liga titles, two Champions League trophies and a Copa del Rey.

However, there is a possibility that Rodrygo's time at Real Madrid could be coming to an end amid speculation that he is 'seriously considering' leaving the club this summer.

Rodrygo has seen his form come under scrutiny at times this season despite contributing 13 goals and 10 assists in 50 competitive matches.

Three Premier League clubs make Rodrygo contact

According to TBR Football, Arsenal, Man City and Liverpool are all showing an interest in signing the Brazil international ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.

The report claims that the three Premier League giants have made contact with the player's representatives in recent weeks to gather more information about his situation.

Rodrygo is said to be open to considering a Premier League move, but he his not expected to decide his future until the new manager arrives.

Xabi Alonso is set to replace Carlo Ancelotti at the end of the season after announcing his departure as Bayer Leverkusen boss.

Rodrygo will try to seek guarantees from Alonso about his place in the team, before he decides whether to stay or consider a summer departure.

Why are Premier League trio eyeing Rodrygo swoop?

Rodrygo offers great versatility to his potential suitors, having proven that he can play on either flank and through the middle as a striker.

Arsenal are keen to strengthen their wide options ahead of next season, especially as Raheem Sterling will return to Chelsea once his loan spell comes to an end.

With Bukayo Saka operating as the right winger, Arsenal would surely play Rodrygo off the left if they were to secure his signature.

Meanwhile, Man City could try to replenish their attacking options as they look to continue the squad rebuild they started in the winter transfer window.

As for Liverpool, they may need to bring in replacements in the final third, with Diogo Jota, Darwin Nunez, Luis Diaz and Federico Chiesa all being linked with potential moves away from Anfield. body check tags ::
