Arsenal have reportedly been informed that they will have to pay £30m if they want to sign PSV Eindhoven winger Hirving Lozano.
Earlier this summer, it was suggested that Lozano was a transfer target for Manchester City, who were allegedly planning to buy the Mexican international after a spell with PSV.
However, it has since been reported that Arsenal are ready to step in front of their Premier League rivals in order to try to sign the 22-year-old, but it appears that the Gunners will have to spend big in order to push through a deal.
According to ESPN, Arsenal will be required to meet PSV's release clause of £30m, rather than being allowed to sign the diminutive wideman for a fee in the region of £20m.
Lozano has netted six goals in as many games for the Dutch outfit at the start of this year's Eredivisie.
