Paris Saint-Germain could reportedly scupper Arsenal's deal for Real Madrid midfielder Mesut Ozil.
The Ligue 1 champions are believed to have shown their hand following reports that the Spanish giants have agreed a fee in the region of £36m with Arsenal for the German international.
According to journalist Tancredi Palmeri, PSG have outbid the Gunners for Ozil, who is said to be keen on remaining at the Santiago Bernabeu despite Madrid's willingness to sell the player.
Manchester United have also been touted as a possible destination for Ozil, but reports have claimed that the club have denied any interest in the 24-year-old.
