Borussia Monchengladbach defender Matthias Ginter has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur.
The January transfer window has recently shut, but Premier League clubs are continuing to identify possible signings ahead of the summer.
According to Sky Sports News, Arsenal and Spurs are both showing interest in Germany international Ginter as they look to strengthen their backlines.
The Gunners have struggled to keep clean sheets all season, while Spurs may have to replace Toby Alderweireld who has a release clause in his contract.
Ginter - formerly of Borussia Dortmund - has enjoyed a strong 18 months at Monchengladbach with 54 starts being made in all competitions.
The 25-year-old has two-and-a-half years remaining on his existing deal, although Monchengladbach can extend that by a further 12 months.
