Arsenal target James Rodriguez is reportedly eager to leave Bayern Munich at the end of the season.
The Colombian international is coming towards the end of a two-year loan spell from Real Madrid, but reports have linked him with a January move to Arsenal.
Such a deal would likely see the Gunners take him on loan until the end of the campaign - when his current contract with Bayern ends - while paying the outstanding sum of his loan fee to Madrid.
Marca now reports that a January deal looks unlikely, but that Rodriguez has told Bayern that he does not want to stay beyond the end of his loan spell.
Bayern have the option to sign the 27-year-old for around £40m this summer, although he has fallen out of favour under manager Niko Kovac.
Rodriguez has been limited to just 13 appearances across all competitions for Bayern this season, scoring three goals.
