Arsenal are reportedly expected to complete a deal for Norwegian youngster George Lewis soon after Saturday's FA Cup final against London rivals Chelsea.
The 20-year-old, who spent a period on trial with the Gunners back in March, is available on a free transfer having left Norwegian third-tier outfit Fram Larvik.
Lewis is also believed to have spent time on trial with Ipswich Town and Bournemouth as he looked to secure a move to England, but according to Goal, Mikel Arteta's side are closing in on a deal.
The report claims that the Rwanda-born youngster, who is capable of playing in a number of different forward positions, is likely to link up with the club's Under-23 outfit should the move be completed.
Arsenal ended the Premier League season in eighth position but will be looking to secure a spot in next season's Europa League when they face Chelsea in the FA Cup final.
The Gunners are also allegedly interested in signing Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish.
