Arsenal are reportedly considering making a move for AC Milan striker Andre Silva when the January transfer window opens for business.
The 22-year-old arrived at San Siro this summer from Porto on a five-year, £33m deal and while he has scored six goals in the Europa League for the club, he has so far drawn a blank in Serie A.
New Milan manager Gennaro Gattuso has hinted that he would be willing to see the Portugal international leave in the winter window as the club push to improve their season.
"He is a player with great qualities, who is also very young," Gattuso told reporters. "I think he has a good rating in the transfer market.
"He is a good striker, and if you put him on the transfer list, you'll quickly find a buyer. He can be sold easily."
Barcelona have also been credited with an interest in Silva.
