Arsenal are reportedly prepared to meet with the agent of Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic.
The Gunners are clearly targeting reinforcements for their forward line, with Aston Villa's Jhon Duran also linked with a switch to the Emirates last month.
Focusing on Vlahovic, the 24-year-old has made a productive start to the Serie A term, finding the net on six occasions across 12 total appearances.
The towering attacker has also been a major contributor on the international stage recently, providing the assist for Serbia during their 1-1 at Switzerland in the UEFA Nations League on Friday night.
Since Juventus beat a number of European giants to the signature of Vlahovic in January 2022, the striker has scored 50 times in 117 competitive appearances for the Old Lady.
Arsenal step up pursuit of Juventus star Vlahovic?
According to Italian journalist Rudy Galetti, Arsenal are preparing to step up their interest in the services of Juventus man Vlahovic in the near future.
The report claims that the Gunners are planning to meet with the representatives of the 24-year-old to discuss a potential move to the Emirates.
It is understood that Arsenal will collect new information surrounding a possible deal for Vlahovic, who has started all 12 of Juventus' Serie A matches in 2024-25.
After nearly two years of association, it is believed that the Old Lady are open to the possibility of the Serbian leaving the Allianz Stadium in 2025.
Additionally, Juve are said to be already scouring the European market for striker recruits should Vlahovic move to another club in the near future.
Arsenal's striking struggles
Prior to the final international break of the calendar year, Arsenal collected just one point and scored only once in three matches across the Premier League and Champions League.
Although the Gunners have missed the creative presence of Martin Odegaard massively, the team's lack of a natural goalscorer has also impacted their start to the current season.
Mikel Arteta's troops are currently occupying fourth position in the Premier League table, already nine points behind early pacesetters Liverpool.
