Serge Aurier will reportedly consider a move to Arsenal, after North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur terminated his contract.
The 28-year-old mutually agreed to end his deal with Spurs on deadline day, after four years with the club.
Aurier was attracting interest from clubs in France, Turkey and Russia and Tottenham were prepared to sell the right-back this summer.
However, as a permanent departure failed to materialise and with the Ivorian having no future at the club under Nuno Espirito Santo, both parties decided to go their separate ways.
According to Sky Sports News, Aurier is now considering a potential move to Arsenal and his representatives see the Gunners as one of few realistic destinations for their client.
Previous players who have crossed the divide in recent years have included Sol Campbell, William Gallas and Emmanuel Adebayor.
