Bayern Munich have reportedly emerged as the frontrunners to sign Lille winger Nicolas Pepe.
The 23-year-old has been one of the best players in Ligue 1 this season, with 16 goals and eight assists being recorded from just 23 appearances.
The form of the Ivorian has allegedly resulted in interest from the Premier League with Arsenal said to be admirers of the player, but according to Le10Sport, Bayern are favourites to push through a deal.
The report suggests that the Bundesliga giants are ready to meet Lille's valuation of the player, which is said to be in the region of £72m.
Lille are currently attempting to pose a late challenge to league leaders Paris Saint-Germain in France's top flight, although there is a 10-point gap separating the two teams.
