Nicklas Bendter is being targeted by Bayern Munich, according to the Daily Mail.
The Bundesliga giants' chief scout reportedly watched the striker during Denmark's midweek friendly with Russia.
Bendtner, who is currently on loan at Sunderland from Arsenal, is out of contract at the end of the season.
The 24-year-old has scored three goals in 19 appearances since joining the Black Cats in the summer.
