Burnley defender Ben Mee has emerged as a summer transfer target for Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal, according to a report.
The 28-year-old has made 28 Premier League appearances this season for the Clarets, who have enjoyed a fruitful campaign and currently sit seventh in the table.
Mee's Burnley contract expires in the summer of 2019 and is reportedly stalling on a new deal at Turf Moor.
According to The Sun, the club captain's hesitation in penning a new deal means that manager Sean Dyche will be forced to listen to offers for his player, or risk losing him for nothing next summer.
The report goes on to claim that Spurs and Arsenal are monitoring the situation, with Burnley seeking a fee of £20m for the centre-back.
Mee has made 245 appearances for the Clarets since his 2011 move from Manchester City.
