Karim Benzema has hinted that he has no intention of leaving Real Madrid before Tuesday's transfer deadline.
The French striker has been heavily linked with Arsenal over recent weeks, with one report having recently claimed that a deal was close to completion.
However, speaking after he had scored in yesterday's 5-0 win over Real Betis, Benzema insisted that his sole focus was on winning trophies with Los Blancos.
"I feel good, I'm 100% confident and I want to help the team to win trophies. I have confidence in the coach and he has confidence in me," the 27-year-old told the club's official website.
Benzema joined Madrid from Lyon in 2009 and he has gone on to find the net on more than 130 occasions since his arrival in Spain.
