Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Yves Bissouma has reportedly requested for the Seagulls to let him leave the club during this summer's transfer window.

The 24-year-old has been in impressive form for Graham Potter's side this season, scoring twice in 36 appearances in all competitions.

A number of clubs, including Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City, have been credited with an interest in the central midfielder over the last few months.

According to The Times, Bissouma has asked Brighton, who are believed to value the Mali international in the region of £30m, to let him leave in the upcoming market.

The report claims that Marseille are also keeping a close eye on developments as they consider making an attempt to bring him back to French football.

Bissouma, who has made 33 Premier League appearances during the 2020-21 campaign, has a contract at the Amex until June 2023.
