Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Julio Cesar has hinted that he will reject a move back to Italy in favour of Arsenal.
The Gunners have recently been linked with the Brazilian international, who has been told he can leave QPR following their relegation.
The 33-year-old has admitted that while nothing is certain, he would prefer to stay in London.
"There has been some talks with some clubs but nothing is certain," said Cesar.
"I'm not sure what my future holds yet, it's too early to talk about it.
"Some Italian clubs are interested but I love London - it's a beautiful city. I want to remain in England because the football has impressed me a lot."
It is thought that QPR will want around £5m for Cesar, who is currently with the Brazil squad ahead of the Confederations Cup.
