Chelsea are reportedly still ahead of both Barcelona and Arsenal in the race to sign Leeds United attacker Raphinha.
The Blues are understood to have had a bid between £55m and £60m accepted by Leeds for the 25-year-old, who is expected to leave Elland Road this summer.
However, Barca president Joan Laporta has confirmed that the Catalan giants are in talks with the Whites over a potential swoop for the Brazilian, while Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta still holds an interest in the attacker.
According to the Evening Standard, Chelsea remain the favourites to land Raphinha this summer as Leeds are still waiting for Barcelona to table a formal offer.
The report adds that a decision on Raphinha's future at Leeds is set to be made within the next 24 hours and a switch to Stamford Bridge is the most likely destination for the nine-cap Brazil international.
Leeds head coach Jesse Marsch has recently revealed that Raphinha has returned to first-team training, but has also claimed that there is "urgency" from the player and his representatives to find a solution regarding his future.
Chelsea's new owner Todd Boehly is also hoping to complete a deal for Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling and has promised manager Thomas Tuchel that he will sign the England international this summer. body check tags ::
