Wealthy clubs in the Chinese Super League are reportedly trying to persuade Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez to join them with offers of £400,000-a-week wages.
The Chile international has been in negotiations with the Gunners for some time regarding a contract extension, but a deal is yet to be agreed between both parties.
The lack of development on the contract front has poured doubt over Sanchez's future at the Emirates, particularly as manager Arsene Wenger publicly suggested that the attacker and teammate Mesut Ozil should lower their wage demands.
According to The Mirror, Sanchez wants a significant increase on his £130,000-a-week wages, and China are answering the call, with agents and clubs approaching the player's representatives with offers of staggering salaries.
It is understood that Juventus are also interested in the 27-year-old, but none of Europe's top clubs could match the wages emanating from the Far East.
Sanchez, who has scored 13 goals so far this season, joined Arsenal from Barcelona in 2014.
