Everton have prepared a £5m bid for Olympiakos striker Kevin Mirallas, according to reports.
The Toffees will use a portion of the £12m received from Manchester City for Jack Rodwell on the Belgian.
Mirallas recently revealed that Arsenal have contacted his club with a view to making an offer in the near future but Everton could beat the Gunners to the 24-year-old's signature, according to the Daily Mail.
David Moyes is believed to want Mirallas to help ease the pressure on Croatian forward Nikica Jelavic.
Mirallas scored 20 goals in the Greek Super League last season.
