Mauro Icardi's agent has reportedly arrived in London to hold talks with Arsenal about a potential transfer this summer.
The 23-year-old striker is expected to leave Inter Milan this transfer window with Arsene Wenger's side the favourites to land his signature, according to Corriere dello Sport.
Icardi's agent Wanda Nara - also his wife - will begin negotiations with the Gunners today with the hope of landing a £43m deal for her husband.
Arsenal had been in discussions with Napoli for Gonzalo Higuain but have been put off by his £79m release clause, which could instead be triggered by Juventus if they secure a £100m deal with Manchester United for Paul Pogba.
During his three seasons with Inter, Icardi has scored 47 goals in 93 appearances, including 16 in 34 last term.
