Arsenal full-back Carl Jenkinson could join West Ham United on loan for a third time during the January transfer window.
The 24-year-old has made just one Premier League appearance for the Gunners so far this season and has not played in any competition since the 2-0 EFL Cup defeat to Southampton at the end of November.
With Hector Bellerin firmly ahead of him in the pecking order at the Emirates, Jenkinson could look for first-team football elsewhere as he aims to build his fitness up having spent most of 2016 sidelined with a serious knee injury.
Jenkinson has spent time on loan with the Hammers in each of the last two seasons, starting 32 Premier League games during that time.
However, the Evening Standard claims that West Ham could face competition for his signature from the likes of Hull City, Swansea City and Aston Villa.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger may also be reluctant to lose Jenkinson should Mathieu Debuchy be permitted to leave the club in January.
