Juventus keeping tabs on Arsenal's Kieran Tierney?

:Headline: Juventus keeping tabs on Arsenal's Kieran Tierney?:
Juventus and Inter Milan are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal left-back Kieran Tierney, who has started just four Premier League games this season.

Arsenal left-back Kieran Tierney has emerged as a transfer target for Juventus, according to a report.

The Scotland international arrived at the Emirates Stadium in 2019 to replace the long-serving Nacho Monreal, immediately becoming the Gunners' first-choice left-back under Unai Emery.

Injuries have plagued Tierney during his time in North London, but he was rewarded for his consistent showings with a new long-term contract in the summer of 2021.

The 25-year-old is tied to the Premier League leaders until 2026, but he has been relegated to second-choice left-back this season following the signing of Oleksandr Zinchenko.

Tierney started all six of Arsenal's games in the Europa League group stage - as well as both of their FA Cup fixtures - but he has featured in the first XI just four times in the Premier League this season.

Should the left-back opt to leave the North London club in search of regular game time, talkSPORT - via - Tuttomercatoweb claims that Juventus could potentially offer him an escape route.

The report claims that Inter Milan are also keeping a close eye on the former Celtic man, who could depart if Arsenal win the race to sign Ivan Fresneda from Real Valladolid.

The 18-year-old right-back has been the subject of interest from Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund, Newcastle United and Liverpool this month, but the former two clubs are understood to be leading the race to sign him.

Fresneda was supposedly set to choose between Arsenal and Dortmund last week after both clubs agreed a fee with Valladolid, but the La Liga's club's sporting director Fran Sanchez has stated that his side are yet to receive a formal bid.

Speaking to Spanish outlet AS, Sanchez said: "(Fresneda) has aroused the interest of many teams, but we have not received an official offer.

"It is true that several clubs have contacted us and that interest of many clubs is real, but there is no official offer. We are not desperate trying to sell the player."

Tierney has come up with five goals and 13 assists in 111 appearances for Arsenal throughout the past three-and-a-half years, winning the FA Cup and Community Shield during his time at the Emirates.

The Scotland international played 66 minutes of Friday's FA Cup defeat to Manchester City, but he has been an unused substitute in three of Arsenal's last six Premier League games.

The Gunners are yet to sanction any permanent exits in the January transfer window, while Leandro Trossard and Jakub Kiwior have arrived from Brighton & Hove Albion and Spezia respectively.

Mikel Arteta's side sit five points clear of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table and are next in action away to Everton on Saturday.
