Bordeaux have reportedly offered a long-term contract to Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny.
The centre-back has spent the last nine years at the Emirates Stadium, making a total of 353 appearances in all competitions.
However, there have been no signs that Arsenal are looking to extend the 33-year-old's deal, which is due to expire at the end of the 2019-20 campaign.
According to The Mirror, Bordeaux are monitoring the situation and have indicated that they would be prepared to hand the Frenchman a three-year contract.
Such a move would leave Arsenal with a decision to make, with the positives of getting Koscielny off an inflated wage bill effectively being cancelled out by having less experience at the back.
The Premier League side are unlikely to part ways with Koscielny unless they are able to sign a replacement.
