Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are believed to be interested in Anderlecht's midfield duo Dennis Praet and Youri Tielemans.
The Premier League trio reportedly sent scouts to the the Constant Vanden Stock to watch the pair play against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Praet, 19, is an attacking midfield player who has made six appearances for the Belgian Under-21 side, whereas Tielemans, 16, has shone since breaking into the first team this season.
According to the Daily Star, the three English clubs could also be facing competition from Inter Milan, AC Milan and Juventus.
