Ipswich Town's young defender Tyrone Mings could be poised for a move to Arsenal, according to reports.
The 21-year-old has impressed with several strong performances for the Championship side, and is understood to have caught the eye of Arsene Wenger as he looks to strengthen the Gunners' back line.
A January bid of around £8m is being prepared by Wenger, claims The Telegraph, while West Ham United's Winston Reid and Celtic's Virgil van Dijk are also being considered.
Mings, who can play at left-back or centre-back, made his Ipswich debut in 2012 after joining from non-league outfit Chippenham Town.
