Real Madrid have reportedly joined the race for in-demand Sampdoria attacker Mikkel Damsgaard.
The 21-year-old shone for Denmark during their run to the Euro 2020 semi-finals - netting two goals and assisting one more - including a thunderous free kick against England.
Damsgaard and Denmark ultimately suffered extra-time heartbreak against the Three Lions, but the Sampdoria man is understandably in high demand following his successful tournament.
Tottenham Hotspur have long been linked with a move for the former Nordsjaelland man, but Marca claims Real Madrid have now joined the race as well.
The report adds that Arsenal and Juventus are also ready to rival Los Blancos for his services, but a lack of European football could hinder the Gunners' chances.
Damsgaard also enjoyed a successful first season in Serie A following his 2020 move to Sampdoria, scoring two goals and claiming four assists in 35 top-flight matches.
