Arsenal have reportedly been informed that midfield target Joan Jordan has a £12m release clause in his Eibar contract.
The 24-year-old is one of a number of players to have been linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium to compensate for the loss of Juventus-bound Aaron Ramsey.
Jordan is rumoured to have been monitored by the Gunners in recent weeks and, according to Spanish outlet AS, he falls into their price range.
La Liga duo Valencia and Villarreal will provide competition for the Spaniard's signature, it is claimed, but neither are believed to be willing to trigger his release clause as he will be available for nothing in a year's time.
Since joining Eibar in July 2017, Jordan has made 66 La Liga appearances and has played a direct part in 18 goals.
