James Milner will reportedly turn down a summer move to Liverpool and join Premier League rivals Arsenal instead.
The Manchester City midfielder is out of contract at the end of the season and is expected to leave the Etihad Stadium after stalling on talks over a new deal.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has previously admitted that he is a fan of the 29-year-old England international, who joined City for £26m from Aston Villa in 2010.
Liverpool have been linked with a swoop for the versatile player as they look to strengthen their squad for next term.
However, Milner has already decided that he wants to join Arsenal, according to The Sun.
Milner has scored six goals in 40 appearances for City this season.
