Arsenal have reportedly opened talks with Southampton over the transfer of Morgan Schneiderlin.
The Gunners are believed to have agreed a fee for Calum Chambers, with reports suggesting that the defender has passed a medical at the club.
They are also hopeful of signing his teammate Schneiderlin, with a report in The Metro claiming that initial talks have taken place for the French international.
Schneiderlin joined Southampton from Strasbourg in June 2008.
