Stoke City have reportedly entered the running to sign Ipswich Town left-back Tyrone Mings.
The 21-year-old has been linked with both Arsenal and Chelsea in recent months, but it has been suggested that the London duo have no intention of making a move for his services until the summer.
However, Stoke manager Mark Hughes is also an admirer of the defender and could make an approach this month, according to The People.
It has been claimed that, while they would be reluctant to part with Mings, a bid in the region of £4m could tempt Ipswich into doing business.
