Brentford attacker Said Benrahma has said that he is "flattered" to be linked with a selection of Premier League clubs amid suggestions that Arsenal and Chelsea both want to sign him.
The 24-year-old has been in impressive form for the Bees during the 2019-20 campaign, contributing 17 goals and nine assists in 42 Championship appearances.
Arsenal and Chelsea have both recently been credited with an interest in the Algeria international, while West Ham United and Newcastle United have also been mentioned as possible suitors.
Benrahma has said that he is "flattered" to be linked with a move to the top flight but is currently fully focused on helping Brentford secure promotion from the Championship.
"I was really flattered [to see myself linked with those clubs], but, at the same time, I am so focused about getting out of the Championship with Brentford that I do not pay too much attention. But it gives me confidence," the Evening Standard quotes Benrahma as saying.
The attacker's current deal at Griffin Park is due to expire in June 2022, although Brentford do have the option of activating a further 12 months on the agreement.
