Arsenal have confirmed that forward Yaya Sanogo has joined Crystal Palace on loan for the rest of the season.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger claimed last week that he was keen for Sanogo to remain in England, and since then, Palace became the frontrunners to sign him.
The 21-year-old, who has featured six times for Arsenal this season, scored his first competitive goal for the North London outfit in their 2-0 win over Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League in November.
In a statement regarding the forward's move via the club's official website, Arsenal said: "Sanogo joins Crystal Palace for the opportunity to gain more first team experience. Everyone at Arsenal Football Club wishes Yaya the best of luck during his time at Selhurst Park."
The striker joined Arsenal in 2013 from Auxerre.
