Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal have reportedly identified Roma winger Cengiz Under as a potential signing.
The two North London clubs are expected to be active in this summer's transfer window, with it being suggested that they will each have between £40m and £60m to spend on new players.
Mauricio Pochettino and Unai Emery want to strengthen in the final third, and Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Under is on their radar.
The 21-year-old has only being used on a rotational basis by Roma this season, but the Turkey international has still contributed six goals and eight assists from 33 appearances in all competitions.
Under still has three years remaining on his contract at the Stadio Olimpico, although Roma may opt to cash in on the playmaker should they receive a significant offer.
Roma only finished in sixth position in Serie A this season, meaning that I Giallorossi will not feature in the Champions League for the first time since 2014.
