Arsenal target Jeremy Toulalan is said to be on the verge of snubbing the Premier League outfit in favour of a move to Atletico Madrid.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger expressed interest in signing the defensive midfielder during the January transfer window, but appears to have missed out on his services once again.
The France international will join Atletico on a three-year deal for £4m, according to L'Equipe.
Toulalan, who names Nantes and Lyon among his former clubs, has earned 36 caps for his country.
