Tottenham Hotspur defender Jan Vertonghen has backed three of his Belgium teammates to become a hit in the Premier League.
Ajax right-back Toby Alderweireld has been linked with a move to Arsenal and Spurs in recent weeks, while FC Twente winger Nacer Chadli and PSV Eindhoven wide-man Dries Mertens have also been tipped with a move to England.
Vertonghen has been a success since moving to White Hart Lane in the summer, and is adamant that his compatriots can emulate his switch.
"Guys like Nacer Chadli, Dries Mertens and Toby Alderweireld have been developed like me in the Netherlands," Vertonghen told Belgian daily Het Nieuwsblad.
"They can follow us [other Belgian internationals] to England.
"I can recommend it in any case."
Thomas Vermaelen, Vincent Kompany and Eden Hazard are just a few others from the Belgian contingent that currently grace the Premier League.
