Bayern Munich midfielder Arturo Vidal has called on his club to sign "spectacular" Alexis Sanchez in this summer's transfer window.
Vidal and Sanchez are currently with the Chile squad at the 2017 Confederations Cup, and both have played a key role in their country reaching the semi-finals of the competition in Russia.
Sanchez has been strongly linked with a move to Bayern as he looks to leave Arsenal ahead of the 2017-18 campaign, and Vidal has said that his international teammate "would surely improve" the German champions.
"We'll see if Alexis is coming. I do not know yet," Vidal told Bild. "I know him very well. He is a spectacular player. And with him, we would surely improve. We already have a lot of top-level players. We are the best club in the world."
Sanchez, who has scored 72 times in 145 appearances for Arsenal, has just 12 months remaining on his contract at the Emirates Stadium.
